We are trained to be teachers, this session will look at how we can change our perspectives and create dynamic conversations at a management level. What makes a great meeting? When everyone has voice and actions are taken! However it is not unusual to be in meetings where both these components are lacking. What successful strategies can education borrow from Google? Amazon? Governments? the UN? Studies across sectors have found a high correlation between more diverse organizations and actual performance- with gender diversity being a key component. This session is about more than women in meetings. Great leadership ensures that there is a delegation of decision making (not work) as this is what empowers managers. This is for women and men and looks at simple practical ways of ensuring that different voices are heard.
